Elder Nate Austin

Hi mom hows it going?  i took a ton of pictures for you this week. We also had a very eventful week so that helped out. On Saturday we had the baptism of Maria Rodriguez. She was a older lady that had to stop smoking.  We had her baptismal service on Saturday and i baptized her, and then  on sunday  she was confirmed .  On sunday  it was the first  sunday  of our combined wards and 111 people attended church. the most i have seen in the mission by a lot. For now there are still 4 missionaries in the ward and the boundaries are the same but when there are changes some things will probably change. Yesterday I went to Gabriel´s sealing. I went to the sesion when he got his endowment and right after he was sealed and i was a witness in the sealing. That was very cool to see gabriel going from getting baptized to sealed in the temple. Today we went and played paintball with another zone for pday. It was lots of fun and we had 400 bullets.  Thanks for everything ,i love you Lo

hey sounds like you guys had a great time in new york. I enjoyed all the pictures even though i wasn´t there. Just remember the rule, no more fun without me. This past week  on Friday  we had our concilio meeting with all the zone leaders, assistant's and president and hermana Gwilliam. It was a good meeting and after we ate papa johns like usual. We started doing divisions among the zone leaders so i went with Elder Tanner to las araucarias for the day.   In our stake there is a sector called los cristales which is the one branch in the mission and the most dangerous sector. So Sunday  the stake president came to our ward and announced that los cristales would be combined with Ducaud.  Our ward is now giant. So that was a pretty crazy announcement, they had a church building so they will probably have to sell it now.  On Monday  I went on divisions with Elder Neddo the assistant and we stayed in my sector and Tuesday  we had interviews with President Gwilliam. Hey, we did have a good game in the house, the two missionaries that lived close to us came over and stayed with us so we wouldn´t too bored while we were shut inside. We slept a little and played a lot of games, like monopoly deal and other game we had. It was actually a really fun day and time went by really fast. So this week was a little weird because after I got a little sick and then Saturday and Sunday  we had general conference so not a whole lot has changed since I last wrote. So i will probably just talk about my thoughts from conference.  General Conference I think my very first conference in the mission is the first one I really enjoyed and received a lot of instruction. Since then every following conference I have liked more and more until this conference, my last, that has been my favorite until this moment.  It was president nelson´s first conference and every time he spoke something excited and good happened. hey mom  this past week was pretty good, our investigators are doing pretty good -maria rodriguez was the lady that had to stop smoking and actually last week she said she had stopped but we weren´t able to see her this week to see if she has been able to stick with it. Juan carlos and maria Jose are doing pretty well too but these last few days they have been busy getting ready to move and Saturday they are gone,  we might have one more lesson with them before they go.  No there is really anything for easter here we will just have general conference on sunday.  This week is going to be a little weird, tomorrow is el dia del joven combatiente (day of the ...) but any ways we can't go out of the house and so today when pday ends at 7 we have to stay in the house and all of tomorrow, so friday will be a work day and then Saturday and sunday is general conference we will be in the church pretty much the whole day so this week will be pretty short.  I have been doing real
